By creating a PoukPouk account, you accept the following terms.

The service

PoukPouk is free and ad-free. It is intended for adults responsible for children: the adult creates the account, uses it and is responsible for it. Children never use it alone.

Your account

Keep your password and parent code to yourself. The information you enter must concern your family, and you can change or delete it at any time.

Proper use

Do not use PoukPouk to harm anyone or to enter offensive content. Ideas you send us for our suggestions may be reworded, translated and offered to other families, without ever identifying you.

What PoukPouk is not

PoukPouk is an educational encouragement tool. It does not replace the advice of a health, education or early childhood professional.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided as is.

End of service

You can delete your account at any time. If we had to stop PoukPouk, we would let you know in advance so you can download your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
